Metal 3d Printing

We utilize an advanced additive process that uses a high-powered laser to fully melt metal powder into dense, solid objects layer by layer. SLS & Functional Polymers

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) uses a laser to fuse powdered polymers into solid structures. This powder-bed process builds complex geometries without support materials, making it perfect for functional prototypes, durable housings, custom ducting, and shop floor jigs. It excels at creating living hinges, intricate lattice structures, and high-impact parts for demanding environments. Standard polymers include:

• PA12

• PA11.5

• TPU

• PP

We also offer Vapor Smooth post processing for Nylon parts that result in an injection molded finish that is 100% watertight.
