Advanced Additive Architectures
METAL PRINTING
Industrial-scale metal manufacturing utilizing Titanium (Ti), Copper (Cu), and Aluminum (Al) powders. Cold Metal Fusion processing ensures high-density, high-performance parts with aerospace-grade structural integrity.
SLS Printing
Precision Selective Laser Sintering featuring Nylon, TPU, and PP. Engineered for complex geometries and functional prototyping, delivering parts with isotropic mechanical properties and exceptional durability.
INDUSTRIAL FDM
High-capacity FDM workflow featuring large-format builds and custom filament “paintings.” Optimized for high-temperature composites and ultra-high-resolution textures for industrial applications.
Metal 3d Printing
We utilize an advanced additive process that uses a high-powered laser to fully melt metal powder into dense, solid objects layer by layer. This technology is ideal for manufacturing complex aerospace brackets, high-efficiency heat exchangers, custom medical implants, and durable production tooling that traditional methods cannot achieve. Available alloys include:
• Pure Copper
• CuCrZr
• AlSi10Mg
• Al6061
• Ti6Al4V
SLS & Functional Polymers
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) uses a laser to fuse powdered polymers into solid structures. This powder-bed process builds complex geometries without support materials, making it perfect for functional prototypes, durable housings, custom ducting, and shop floor jigs. It excels at creating living hinges, intricate lattice structures, and high-impact parts for demanding environments. Standard polymers include:
• PA12
• PA11.5
• TPU
• PP
We also offer Vapor Smooth post processing for Nylon parts that result in an injection molded finish that is 100% watertight.
Industrial FDM
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) extrudes specialized thermoplastics layer by layer to construct robust, high-integrity components. We specialize in industrial-grade FDM, utilizing massive build volumes for oversized projects and proprietary filament “paintings” that merge structural performance with branded aesthetics. This process is the gold standard for creating large-format prototypes, factory floor fixtures, rugged jigs, end-use housings, and professional display parts. Typical FDM applications include:
